LEGISLATIVE MONITORING

One of the most important ways in which the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants actively supports the personnel consulting professional is through legislative monitoring. To help maintain the best system of communication with our members, the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants has established LINC, the Legislative Information and Networking Committee.

LINC provides placement consulting professionals with information to help voice concerns, as it helps to serve the interests of the all segments of the placement industry. LINC also helps maintain open communication among industry professionals and legislators.

LINC Encourages High Visibility of Members
Through LINC, TAPC members have maintained high visibility in the legislative arenas of Austin and Washington, DC for many years with a proven record of success.

LINC Serves Broad-based Interests
Alongside TAPC members, non-members who communicate with LINC may benefit from the Committee's information. This group includes placement professionals and companies from all regions of Texas and beyond.

LINC Provides Unified Strength
In a time of tremendous growth and diversification within the personnel and recruiting profession, LINC encourages a stable, unified voice for the entire industry. Recruiters, search executives, personnel consultants, staffing specialists and employment counselors all share in LINC's unique strengths.
